Delivery & Returns

We are pleased to offer free delivery across the United Kingdom, with no additional charges.

Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 working days depending on your location.

Each parcel is carefully packed to ensure your equipment arrives safely, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.

For customers within the European Union, we also provide free delivery with no additional charges. Delivery times are slightly quicker, typically between 5–7 working days, depending on the destination country. Every shipment includes a tracking number for your peace of mind.

Delivery to the United States of America and Canada takes about 15 - 30 days and you will receive a tracking number to trace the parcel. 

Returns

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Once inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
